• Handle and qualify incoming leads via web form, WhatsApp, and Luxora (our lead management platform)
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and email to guide them through the incorporation process
• Resolve questions about the company incorporation process for Tu Nueva SL leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Send quotes and commercial proposals for incorporation services and monthly consultancy packages
• Record all commercial activity and pipeline in the company ERP (ClickUp)
• Contact newly incorporated clients to convert them into Grupo Gestor BCN clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Maintain professional and approachable oral and written communication in Spanish and English
• Report weekly on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status
