I’m looking for a creative, strategic, and organized social media professional to help manage the everyday presence of my art brand online. I’m a Florida-based fine artist known for blending cosmetics with fine art, and my business includes originals, commissions, prints, live painting, mobile gallery experiences, lipstick preservation trays, and special events.

I recently hired a photographer/videographer, so I’ll have stronger visual content coming in. I need someone who can help turn that content into polished, strategic posts that support the brand and keep it moving consistently. This role is not just about posting pretty pictures. I’m looking for someone who understands storytelling, messaging, audience connection, and how to create content that feels elevated, artistic, feminine, and aligned with my brand.

Responsibilities may include

Planning and scheduling Instagram and Facebook content
Repurposing content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
Creating monthly and weekly content calendars
Writing captions in my brand voice
Editing and shaping content from photos, videos, events, artwork, and behind-the-scenes moments into strong posts
Helping develop post hooks, reel overlays, story ideas, carousel concepts, and calls to action
Helping tell the story behind originals, prints, commissions, events, and brand collaborations
Creating content that supports both visibility and business goals
Coordinating with my photographer/videographer and helping make the most of content shoots
Helping keep the brand visible, polished, and consistent without everything feeling random or rushed
Supporting engagement and community-building in a thoughtful way

Ideal Candidate

Understands Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and general social media strategy
Strong writer with the ability to create emotionally compelling captions
Understands storytelling, not just scheduling
Has a strong eye for visual branding and content flow
Can think strategically about audience, offers, and buyer psychology
Comfortable working with an artist / personal brand
Can create content that feels warm, confident, artistic, feminine, fun, and elevated
Understands that fine art sales and brand trust are often built over time through repetition, beauty, and connection
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Very strong written English skills required
Able to write polished, natural captions and messaging in English
Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with a U.S.-based brand

Bonus Experience

Experience working with artists, designers, photographers, luxury brands, event businesses, or lifestyle brands
Canva or light design skills
Reel editing / short-form video experience
Pinterest content repurposing
Email marketing or newsletter writing
Familiarity with Later, Planoly, Metricool, or similar scheduling tools

Hours

Remote (Central or South America preferred)
Florida-based brand / U.S. Eastern Time coordination expected
Part-time to start, approximately 20 hours per week
Potential to grow depending on fit and results
Occasional U.S. travel may be offered for brand events, art shows, content shoots or special projects for candidates who are interested and available. Travel is optional and not required for this role.
