We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Jr Campaign (Account) Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving real growth. You are the engine behind each account's success, keeping clients aligned and hitting milestones that directly impact their business goals

What We're Building

Viral App Launch is a niche marketing agency, founded in 2017 as K&J Growth Hackers, and rebranded in 2023 that specializes in launching mobile apps to 10,000 and 100,000 users. In 2026 alone, VAL launched 64 apps. Since 2016, over 350 apps launched - ranging from small startups all the way up to TikTok, Triller and Xfinity. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Setup

Send client welcome kits and schedule kickoff calls.
Review and ensure completion of all onboarding documentation (contracts, activation, intake, verified payment).
Conduct Deep Research: Perform SWOT analysis on competitors, review app store feedback, audit client digital footprints, and analyze ad libraries/offers.
Organize all client assets via intake forms into Drive/ClickUp Bulletin Boards.
Send startup spotlight emails and coordinate internal project plans

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Daily Accountability: Submit daily reports including total tasks, overdue tasks, completed ClickUp items, roadblocks, and time-tracking verification.
Data Management: Generate standardized reports from Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Managers.
Input data into weekly trackers, biweekly reports, and pro-forma actuals.
Track client health KPIs and campaign data weekly.

Client Success & Delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact via Slack, ClickUp, and email.
Review all tasks for QA before handoff to senior leadership.
Prepare biweekly performance updates and strategic commentary.
Manage client satisfaction surveys and document case study materials.
Manage a GPT thread specifically for each account to streamline strategy.

About You

Experience: 2+ years in account management/client success and 1+ year in digital marketing (mobile apps preferred).
Skills: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.
Language: C2 level English proficiency.
Attributes: Proactive, passionate about personal growth, and an expert in process improvement
