The Role

We are seeking an energetic and organized Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our social channels. You will be responsible for growing our community, increasing engagement, and translating our brand voice into compelling visual and written content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging visual and written content across multiple social media platforms
Monitor social media trends, viral moments, and industry news to keep the brand relevant and culturally engaged
Manage day-to-day community interactions, responding to customer comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality assets, including photography, short-form videos, and graphics
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
Manage influencer and creator partnerships, from outreach to content delivery and performance tracking

What You Bring

Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights and strategic adjustments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt the brand voice across different platforms
Proven ability to manage time effectively and produce results in a remote work environment

Benefits & Perks

Compensation: $55,000 – $62,000 base salary
